Video: Anti-Advertising Campaign in New York City by Graffiti Research Lab
The folks at the ever ingenious and creative Graffiti Research Lab have made a clip of their recent anti-advertising campaign. The guerilla effort exploits video panels that display commercials outside subway entrances around New York City. The point is that the thousands of marketing messages we are exposed to on a daily basis is the true graf problem urban dwellers face.

Video: Massive Attack of Street Art at 11 Spring St. Building in New York City
Here's a another, longer video clip showing the massive attack of fresh new street art at 11 Spring St. in Nolita, new York City. This video shows the full breadth of the new work on along Elizabeth Street side of the building and the around the entrance on Spring Street. The work shown include pieces by Faile, Bast, WK Interact, The London Police, Flower Guy, Above, Fake, Cheeky and many more. This clip shows the state of the building onthe evening of Wednesday November 15, 2006.

Video: Cheeky Signs Piece + Panorama of 11 Spring St., NYC
Here's a clip showing "Cheeky" and crew sign a fresh piece at the building at 11 Spring St. (a.k.a. the "candle building") in Nolita, New York City. The new piece was put up on Tuesday (Nov. 14, 2006) evening a couple of days after several of downtown New York's most active street artists put up a ton of new work on the building. The video shows the breadth of these artists fresh work on the Elizabeth St. side of the buidling.

Video: ABC News Story on "BNE"
Last month we posted on the crackdown by San Francisco authorities on graf and sticker-bombers, especially one: "BNE." The story was picked up by other news media, including ABC News, which put together this somewhat amusing and earnest report on "BNE" and the crackdown.

Video: Barcelona Street Art Images
Alexa Jones spent a couple of weeks in Barcelona this past summer and began documenting street art around the Catalan capital. She put the images together in this video clip. Good stuff from arguably the most important city for street art in all of Europe.

This clip shows Above painting the entire exterior of a house with his signature upward-pointing arrows. Baked into the edit are examples of some of Above's other works -- a Van, hanging arrow signs, etc. -- throughout San Francisco.

This video clip show some street artitsts and graf writers working a massive stretch of pristine wall space along a roadway in Granada, Spain. This is some of the best and most stylistic quality graf and street art we've ever seen in Europe. Totally first-rate.

Video: Excellent Clip of Tiki at Work in NYC
We've been coming across a lot of fresh work by Tiki in New York City recently, some of which has been documented here on Global Graphica in the past few weeks. Above is an awesome clip of the artist at work on the streets of NYC, painting and stenciling his signature Easter Island statue icons on walls and rollups. Included in the video is a segment showing Tiki stenciling at the 11 Spring Street building -- a kind of unofficial shirne to street art -- in the Nolita / SoHo neighborhood in downtown New York.

Video: Lots of Tags Along Train Route in Holland
This short video clip shows tons of graf that can be seen while riding a train somewhere in the Netherlands. In the 1970's kids on the South Bronx were doing this on the New York and subway system. Thirty years later, the street culture of graf-writing kids in NYC can be found in Western European cities. The globalization of hip-hop, youth culture and style.
