We found this spray-can art in a garage in the otherwise pristine French coastal town of Dieppe. The town has virtually no street art to speak of and is mostly graff-free. We’re not sure what “Pu Bollot SVP” means (“SVP ” is short for “Sil-Vous-Plait” or “Please”).
